- The Premium Search allows you to generate a list of available plans, either a list of all plans available or a shorter list based on criteria you select. (Note that not all plans are available in all areas.) You may sort the list by premium (default) or by deductible, co-pay, company, etc. You may also go directly to an application form.
- Available Plans gives you a list and brief summary of all the plans available to you. There are links to Provider directories for each company.
- Plan Details will give you a detailed summary of the benefit structure of each plan available.
- How to Apply will tell you how to submit an application, along with links that will allow you to directly download an application.
